Delete your Glubbo account & data

You can delete your Glubbo account and all associated data at any time. Operator: Vinclair Cloud. Last updated: October 15, 2026.

In the app (fastest)

Open Glubbo, go to Settings and tap your profile.
Tap "Delete Account" if you are signed in, or "Erase Local Data" if you are not.
Confirm. If you are signed in, Glubbo may ask you to sign in with Google or Apple once more, to make sure it is you. This permanently removes your account and data.

By email

Email [email protected] from your account email address with the subject "Delete my account". We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

If you are signed in: the copy of your data in Google Cloud Firestore (water logs, goal inputs, reminder settings, profile, app settings and progress), and your sign-in account at Firebase Authentication (your Google or Apple sign-in link, your name and your email address).
All data on this phone: water logs, daily goals, reminders, medals, your tank and app settings. Scheduled reminders are cancelled.

Signing out does not delete your account

Sign Out removes your Glubbo data from this phone only. Your account and its copy in Cloud Firestore stay, and your data comes back when you sign in again. To remove them, use Delete Account.

What may be retained

Your purchase history with Apple or Google, and its copy at our payment processor (RevenueCat) that restores Premium on a new phone. Email us and we delete the RevenueCat copy; Apple and Google keep their own records for tax and fraud prevention.
Usage statistics and crash reports held by Google (Firebase). They are not linked to your name or email.
Water entries already written to Health Connect on Android. Delete them in the Health Connect app.
Copies in your phone's own backup (Google backup or iCloud). Delete them in your phone's backup settings.

Partial deletion

You can also delete single drinks inside the app (Diary); if you are signed in, they are removed from your account copy too. Or email us to remove specific data without deleting your whole account. See the data deletion section on the Contact page.
